 ds.\nThis workshop is designed as a gentle pause\, a space to step away fro
 m busy life and settle into something slow\, tactile and grounding. Colour 
 filling is a quiet\, repetitive process that helps the mind slow down and e
 nter a relaxed creative flow.\nStep into an ancient world through colour an
 d craft. In this session\, you will work with a prepared clay board inspire
 d by traditional Dunhuang mural techniques. As you fill in the colours\, yo
 u will also be introduced to the history and visual language of this remark
 able art form.\nYou will leave with your own handmade artwork and hopefully
  a sense of calm carried through the process itself.
